“Going into the workshop, I was ready to learn and wanted to be healthier mainly because it’s what we’re supposed to do. I had no idea the why behind any of it. Being at the workshop surrounded by so much encouragement and knowledge was and continues to be life changing. I learned so much about things I was inadvertently doing to my body because “that’s the way I was raised” and didn’t know any better. Wow. Right before the workshop, I had received the very unsettling news that my rheumatoid arthritis markers were off the chart. I knew I had to do something and I refused to go down the pill route just yet. There had to be a better way…how did I get here? Liv, taught me about taking care of my whole body (emotions, spirit and physical) to experience true health freedom. She taught me ways to cook and prepare food that wouldn’t send me into an autoimmune storm. She taught me ways to destress, and slow down. She taught me the “why” behind so many of the habits I had created and easy and practical ways to change them. I left the workshop encouraged and a sense that changing my habits wasn’t going to be overwhelming or hard. I have implemented a new diet, quiet times, and overall habits that lead to a life of well being and health. I can’t say enough amazing things about what this workshop has done for me. It has been life changing and I’m forever grateful.

“For me, the workshop was the best way gain momentum in my health journey because it was an intensive showing me how to approach health in every arena vs solely hearing or reading info. The ability to ask the one million questions I had cleared the runway for me to take off on the journey once I got home. Now two years removed from the workshop, I’m most thankful that I walked away with tips on how to pivot every area of my day to choose health. From the importance of the first moments of my day to all the meals and thought processes to a bed time routine and all the in between - I can trace many of my current daily habits back to those few days. The tips on supplements, clean beauty products and simple habits to add into my day were an added bonus. Oh and the recipes! Such a great ‘starter pack’ that does a whole lot more equipping than a manual or five minute motivational video. I left ready to roll!

Where do I even begin? Attending Olivia’s Workshop was not only transformational with the level of information that I gained, but it was also very empowering. For most of my life, I have struggled in different seasons with my weight and my health. Olivia helped me gain clarity and understanding of how to use food as fuel, but also to make it taste so yummy and delicious. I always thought that the food that was good for me was expensive, disgusting in taste, and would take hours to cook. Boy did Olivia put all those miss guided thoughts to rest. One of my favorite parts of the workshop outside of the fellowship and trying all of the food of course was waking up in the morning and grounding. I could have never imagined how important it was to get out and put your feet on God’s ground and soak in the sun and the fresh air. Olivia, thank you for helping me smile brighter, think more intentionally, and believe stronger than I ever have. It’s been a joy meeting the new Xzarche but it's been even more exciting to share what I have learned with others. You have given me language and helped me to broaden my perspectives. I can honestly say that I have never felt as healthy as I do today. If I could leave people with one take away it would be that this workshop taught me that true health starts within mind, body and spirit.
